PPC thoroughly compounds and blends raw
​plastic grinds for a uniform product.
After plastic grinds are cleaned, it's ready to go through the extrusion process. Heat, friction, and compression are applied to the plastic grind. Material repeatedly turns itself inside out during mixing process. Once the grindings have been melted into a molten paste, it is ready to be molded. Compression molds are then made with proven technology that uses 200 tons of pressure to shape and hold form.
