All PPC pallets must pass rigorous performance tests before they are cleared for customer consumption. All products are subjected to the following tests:

  • Surface area swab test residue, UI Hygienic lab: Pass
  • 14’ truck drop: Pass
  • 48” Pallet drop: Pass
  • Fork Truck Impact Straight: Pass
  • Fork Truck Impact Angle: Pass
  • Fork Truck Lift Full: Pass
  • Fork Truck Lift Partial: Pass
